Our first project together was fifteen years ago when tasked with creating a series of educational programs for the Wisconsin Presenters Network. Fast forward ten years at some very late hour after conference showcases. We found ourselves immersed in conversation, grappling with how the industry is changing -- the challenges facing performing arts centers and touring artists -- and how for many organizations, artistic programming and planning is happening in isolation or silos. Over the years, we have sought different perspectives from our amazing network of presenters, artists and agents, asking them what they are seeing in the field and what they feel needs to happen in future. The idea to launch an independent programming company was born of those conversations. Our deepest gratitude to our colleagues, friends and family for their invaluable perspective and support.
